You continue to delight and amaze me! TY s...Colin,
You continue to delight and amaze me! TY so much for this in depth review on this show, as I had to miss the Seattle show due to traveling to PA for my Mom's 80th birthday. This man has been my musical inspiration since I was a girl with my first guitar. I used to sit up in my room and play S&G greatest hits lp over and over, learning some of the songs by ear eventually. I saw one of the S&G reunion shows live--can't remember where, though!! And saw Paul at Century Link a bunch of years ago--even went to that show alone! Didn't care. I was so happy to see him sing live. Jill and and I saw him 2 yrs ago at Chateau St Michelle winery and I snuck into the reserved seating after one of the encores, and got to see him sing The Boxer right in front of me!! That is one of my most treasured musical memories. I even scored 1/2 of a set list ( it was printed in large font :)
I fantasize about seeing this "farewell" show in Queens, NY. Did you know his old neighborhood in Queens was called Corona? Goodbye, Rosie, the queen of Corona. See ya!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12409957561571900302noreply@blogger.com
